The work on Nimish Logistics focused on preparing an existing website for migration without treating the move as a simple page-for-page copy. The first part of the project was understanding what was already there: navigation, indexed URLs, sitemap structure, duplicated pages and sections that no longer needed to be carried forward.
Migration and URL planning
The legacy navigation and sitemap were reviewed to build an inventory of the existing site. URLs and content were then classified so useful pages could be separated from duplicate, empty or low-value entries before the target structure was prepared.
Priority pages were recreated around that cleaner structure, and the proposed sitemap was reviewed as part of the migration preparation. This kept the new site architecture tied to the pages that actually needed to survive the move rather than reproducing every legacy URL automatically.
Domain and infrastructure preparation
The migration work also covered the domain side of the project. DNS, Cloudflare and registrar-related requirements were reviewed in preparation for the eventual move.
This stage was preparation rather than a completed production cutover. The project evidence covers the planning and configuration work needed around the migration, not a claim that the final DNS switch or live launch had already been completed.
Checkout verification
A Stripe checkout flow was also tested in the sandbox environment. The test covered the path from checkout through order creation so the payment workflow could be verified without using a live transaction.
The sandbox result confirmed the implementation path being tested, but it did not represent a live payment launch. Keeping that distinction was part of the project scope.
The case combines migration planning, URL cleanup, infrastructure preparation and sandbox checkout testing, with each part verified before a future production cutover.
Work completed
- Audited legacy navigation, sitemap URLs, and indexed pages
- Identified content-bearing, duplicate, and empty legacy URLs
- Recreated priority pages on the target website platform
- Preserved the known indexed URL structure during migration preparation
- Reviewed the target XML sitemap
- Prepared domain, DNS, Cloudflare, and registrar requirements
- Integrated Stripe and verified the checkout-to-order flow in sandbox mode
